President of the Down Town Owners and Merchants Association, Gregory Aboud, says businesses have been noticing a slight improvement in sales this festive season.
The senior DOMA official says this is a welcoming sign when compared to the slow period of commercial activity in the first and second quarters of this year.
Mr Aboud made the comments while speaking with News Power Now this afternoon.
Mr Aboud also gave his projections for next year.
