Dr. Andre Alleyne re-lodged a complaint to the Medical Board against Dr Avinash Sawh.
Dr. Alleyne said during his one man protest that the public must have confidence in the medical fraternity.

Dr. Alleyne also questions the privacy and confidentiality of those filing a compliant to the Trinidad and Tobago Medical Board, adding that persons name and information who filed complaints were leaked to the public and the media – this he says raises several red flags not just for him but his other colleagues who are afraid to come forward with issues.
Meanwhile the Medical Board issued the following statement and protest action taken by Dr. Alleyne today and said the Board has taken note of his concerns regarding Dr. Sawh and steps are being taken with the Council to come to a final decision.
