Disruption in water service for parts of North West Trinidad

The Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA), is advising customers in parts of North West Trinidad, served by the Tucker Valley Booster Station, that there will be a disruption in their pipe-borne water supply on Wednesday, March 15 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

WASA says this is in order to facilitate pipeline repair works at the facility.

The affected areas include Macqueripe Road, Western Main Road, The Cove, Tetron Barracks, L’anse Mitan, Scorpion Street, School Street, Carenage, Point Cumana, Glenco (inclusive of La Horquette Valley Road), The Park and Westvale Park.

Customers are also advised that it may take up to 24 hours for the service to normalize in some affected areas, in accordance with established water supply schedules, following the completion of these repairs.

WASA says a limited truck-borne service will be available upon request.
