Digicel mobile users woke up to issues when trying to make calls to persons with Bmobile numbers.
Persons reported a drop in calls or the call would simply not go through, however Digicel issued text messages to their customers acknowledging the issue with their interconnecting service, also advising them that they are working in resolving the issue.
Digicel – Dear Customers, we are aware of an issue with interconnect services between TSTT and Digicel.
We are working with TSTT to have this resolved in as little time as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will provide you with an update when the issue has been resolved.
