Chief Secretary of the Tobago House of Assembly, Ancil Dennis, is urging citizens to stay positive, uplifting and hopeful in the face of despair.
In his Christmas message, Chief Secretary Dennis appealed for individuals to be more responsible in their daily lives and accepting of the present realities.
Chief Secretary Dennis also reminded citizens to continue to diligently observe all health and safety protocols in an effort to beat COVID-19.
