Dennie’s Funeral Home torched

One of T&T’s most recent and famous funeral homes was torched on Saturday.

According to reports fire officers received a report of a fire just after 5.10am.

Officers visited the scene and the fire was observed both downstairs and upstairs of the building.

Fire officers managed to extinguish the blaze – neighbouring buildings were not affected.

Investigators said while enquiries are continuing into the source of the blaze, they strongly suspect it was arson.
