Some high ranking members of the TTPS lost their positions when the appointments of Former Commissioner of Police Gary Griffith and Deputy Commissioner McDonald Jacob as Acting Commissioners were revoked.
Speaking at a TTPS News Briefing on Thursday DCP Jacob said that a few Assistant Commissioners who were promoted to DCP status were also downgraded.
However according to him, there was no ‘bachanal’ caused by the fallout, just democracy.
