David Guetta Announces Live Stream Concert for COVID-19 Relief

David Guetta will reappear during the quarantine and continue to bring aid to thousands of people affected by the coronavirus. After the success of his last show on the streets of Miami, the disc jockey will now take his music to the big apple.

The French artist broadcast on his Instagram account the realization of the second edition of United at Home, a live presentation with which funds are raised to combat the damage caused by COVID-19.

New York is one of my favorite cities. It is an honour to be able to do something to help the city through these difficult times. We are planning something very special that can be enjoyed from every home in the world ”, he wrote David Guetta on the platform.

The live event will take place on Saturday, May 30th and can be seen through the DJ’s digital platforms and official pages. Donations made during the event will go to various charities, such as Feeding America.

The French DJ performed a live charity performance from the streets of Miami to raise funds and support those affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. The show was held in mid-April and achieved over 25 million views.

David Guetta  used his social networks to acknowledge the financial contributions of his fans and reported that he managed to accumulate more than $ 700,000 during the broadcast. The money will be used to distribute almost 3 million lunches to vulnerable families.

“Thank you to everyone who joined and who was able to donate. It is magical to be able to connect with you through music. The most important thing is that we were able to raise money for those who need it the most, ”he said on Instagram.
