Daren Lee Sing new CEO at TTCSI as Guyadeen takes charge at TT Chamber

Daren Lee Sing has been appointed the new chief executive officer of the T&T Coalition of Service Industries (TTCSI), replacing Vashti Guyadeen, who is now the CEO of the T&T Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

In a Facebook post Monday, the T&T Chamber welcomed Guyadeen as its new CEO.

Guyadeen, who previously served as the CEO of TTCSI, succeeds Stephen de Gannes, who resigned from the T&T Chamber in February.

Lee Sing, in an Express interview, expressed his enthusiasm for his new role, saying, “For nearly 20 years, I have looked at business from the eyes of a media entrepreneur, and a brand and marketing perspective. The opportunity given by the board of directors at the Trinidad and Tobago Coalition of Services Industries allows me to give back to Trinidad and Tobago while working alongside the TTCSI’s partners, the Ministry of Trade.”

“In this light, we will collaboratively find the data and answers necessary to be of better service to an umbrella association of services, its members, and the public at large. I welcome the challenge to champion the services sector, and give every business and/or association the opportunity to take their service to the world,” Lee Sing stated.

Lee Sing said he believes the creative sector is crucial to the development of the country

A former president of the Trinidad and Tobago Publishers and Broadcasters Association (TTPBA), Lee Sing also previously served as a director on the TTCSI board.
