Covid figures continue to rise in T&T

Covid 19 figures continue to increase in Trinidad and Tobago.
Trinidad and Tobago has registered 393 new cases of COVID-19, the highest figure since June 9 when 454 infections were confirmed.
This was disclosed in the Ministry of Health’s (MoH) daily clinical update.
In addition, nine more COVID-19-related deaths have been noted, marking 1,729 since the start of the pandemic.
The victims were five elderly females, two middle-aged males and two middle-aged females. Five of them had multiple comorbidities including diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney disease, cancer, obesity and a history of stroke. Two of the victims had one comorbidity (diabetes, dementia) while two had no known NCDs or complications.
