Officers of the Couva Police are actively searching for 58-yearold CLIFTON SCIPIO.
SCIPIO was last seen at his Phoenix Park Road, California home at 6.00 am on Tuesday 5th January, 2021. He was reported
missing at 7.00 pm on January 13th.
SCIPIO is of African descent, 5 feet, 5 inches tall, medium build, brown complexion short hairstyle.
He was last seen wearing a blue and red jersey, a pair of brown long pants, a pair of brown shoes and a black hat.
