SATROHAN BOWLAH appeared before Justice of the Peace, Parasram Ramoutar on June 11th, and was granted $60,000 bail, as part of his bail condition he is to have no communication with the victim.
The matter has been postponed to August 11th.
On December 3rd, 2020, a 17-year-old teen was at her place of employment when she alleged that her employer touched her
inappropriately.
A report was made to the Central Division, Child Protection Unit (CPU) and an investigation was launched.
The 35-year-old man, of Sanford Street, East, California, Couva, was arrested and charged with one count of indecent assault of a child on June 11th.
The investigation was conducted by PC Ramkissoon and supervised by W/Supt (Ag), Claire Guy- Alleyne, W/Insp (Ag), Haynes, W/Sgts Hospedales and Jairam.
