Arima Borough Corporation is pleased with the strong support from the corporate community during this year’s carnival celebrations.
This is according to Arima Mayor, Cagney Casimire, as he reflected on festivities hosted within the borough.
During an interview with Izzso Media Wednesday, Mayor Casimire stated the level of backing the Corporation received, expressed delight with stake holders which have already indicated their willingness to come on board again.
Mayor Casimire said moving forward the Corporation plans to indicate in its budget a request for finances from central government to facilitate culture and arts events which have become unique to the borough over the years.
