Officers of the Las Lomas Police post recovered one homemade shotgun during an anti-crime exercise conducted in Chin Chin, Cunupia, yesterday.
The exercise which was conducted between the hours of 11 am to 3 pm, was coordinated by Sgt. Figaro and supervised by Ag Sgt. King. Officers went to a bushy area at Kernaham Trace, Chin Chin, Cunupia. While there, a search was carried out and one black homemade shotgun was found.
The shotgun, which was approximately three and a half feet in length, with a piece of grey tape wrapped on the butt and riffle grip, was subsequently taken to the Las Lomas Police post, where it was processed by Crime Scene Investigation (CSI) officers.
