Contractors Commit To Reducing Impact Of Pollution During POSGH Central Block Demolition Project

Contractors at the Port of Spain General Hospital Central Block demolition project have put various systems in place to address noise and dust pollution when leveling work begins next week from 1pm.

Clinic services are scheduled to be completed by lunchtime.

The commitment comes from Acting Chief Executive Officer, North West Regional Health Authority, Major Anthony Blake.

Speaking at a Ministry of Health news briefing on the Redevelopment of the Port of Spain General Hospital Campus, Major Blake said the two contractors have given their support to help in reducing the impact of pollution while constructing is on-going at the facility.
