Consultations On Retirement From 60 to 65 Years Described As Stimulating And Amicable

The Ministry of Finance says consultations with other stakeholders will continue in the near future on the proposed increase in the compulsory age of retirement from 60 to 65 years.

On Wednesday Minister in the Ministry of Finance, Brian Manning, said consultations continued with the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the Greater San Fernando Area Chamber of Commerce.

In a media release the Ministry said Minister Manning, TTCIC and GSFCC representatives held stimulating and amicable discussions surrounding the subject matter.
