Community Recovery Programme Committee urged to use recommendations from past studies done on ‘troubled communities’

Senior fellow at the Sir Arthur Lewis Institute for Social and Economic Research at the University of the West Indies, Dr Roy Mc Cree, says the Community Recovery Programme Committee should review the recommendations from previous studies in areas described as hot spots.

Speaking with Andy Johnson on Power 102fm this week, Dr Cree cited research carried out in different challenges which faced troubled areas.

He said this kind of work should be properly used to create a meaningful impact.
