Chile will finalize their preparations for the 2022 World Cup qualifiers with friendlies against Bolivia and Peru, the country’s football association (ANFP) said on Monday.
The Roja will meet Bolivia at a yet to be confirmed venue in Chile on November 15 before confronting Peru in Lima four days later, according to an ANFP statement.
The matches will follow Chile’s friendlies against Colombia on Saturday and Guinea on October 15,
The South American zone’s 2022 World Cup qualifying tournament will begin on March 26, 2020.
Chile failed to qualify for the 2018 World Cup in Russia after finishing sixth in the 10-team South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL) qualifying tournament.
