Children in Tobago join vaccination drive one day after Trinidad

School children in Tobago have now joined their counterparts in Trinidad who have begun to receive the Pfizer vaccine.

Just over three hundred and three of them received the vaccine yesterday at two vaccination sites.

The roll out of the Pfizer vaccine for children took place on Thursday at the Bishops High School and Speyside High School.

Education Secretary Marslyn Melville – Jack was on hand to observe the smooth flow of the vaccination process.

And Medical professionals were on standby to treat any students who became ill.

She said there were adequate doses of the vaccine on the sister isle thus far.
