Charles to Hinds: Bring data on those behind Beetham protest

The Opposition United National Congress is challenging the National security Minister to bring the data with regard to the Minister’s claim that state security agencies have a very clear picture of who was paid, how much and other details of the persons behind the fiery protest in Port of Spain.

Opposition MP Rodney Charles said because of the high number of violent crimes including murders this country should no longer be referred to as T&T but rather TT.

The Naparima MP said that there have been 284 murders for the year so far in Trinidad and Tobago.

He assessed the response of the Government MP Charles referenced Borris Johnson who is to resign as British Prime Minister after s series of political scandals in the UK.

He issued a challenge based on comments made by the Security Minister on the fiery protests in East POS last Monday.
