Initial reports suggest that a woman was almost kidnapped in Chaguanas on Friday night.
According to the victim, she was standing along the Chaguanas Main Road, when three men who were speaking Spanish approached and tried to force her into a white van.
But she raised an alarm and persons came to her rescue.
The men allegedly stole $200 from her and escaped.
She made a report to the Chaguanas Police Station.
Investigations are continuing,
