Cardi B has issued a response to rumors that her husband Offset had an affair with Saweetie.
Cardi spent part of her Wednesday (August 24) responding to a Twitter troll who incessantly harassed the “Bodak Yellow” lyricist over various subjects, including her husband’s criminal record and a 2020 lawsuit related to a bar fight involving the 29-year-old.
“Why you lying on me and those girls for I have a open case EVERYTHING IS PUBLIC offering money will not benefit me and actually get me in real trouble for making up anything cause you decided to come for me after coming out of jail for stealing 3k worth of clothes,” Cardi tweeted in response.
She continued, “You attacking me, makin lies up wit no receipts you got people defending you but the fact is you was spilling your clients tea wit your besties hoping you get somebody to get tea off ME ..You unprofessional but wanna [p]ut on a front for people that will drag you if I really talk.”

The Twitter troll, who claimed to be Nicki Minaj’s stylist, then went off about Offset’s minor drug offenses and weapon possession charges.
“Ouuuuuu my man got a couple weed charges and gun charges cause he ain’t no Pussy and was a hustler,” Cardi continued. “Rather dick slinging then taking Pussy from bitches ….you bringing my n***a up trying to get me mad …LETS NOT TALK ABOUT HUSBANDS NOW.”

The kicker was when the troll claimed without proof that Offset was having an affair with Saweetie and that Cardi was “lying” about it.
“No baby you lying!” Cardi wrote. “You makin crazy lies starting shit and putting female rappers in it WIT NO RECEIPTS, no blog ever spoke on this all of a sudden you come out of jail 5 days ago and you made up lied for 2 hours wit NO RECEIPTS!”

As the conflict de-escalated, Cardi offered one final message to her troll for suggesting their Twitter fingers tussle was nothing more than a PR stunt.
“Talkin about I need PR stunts …girl you defending a nikka that went on live claiming you was paying bitches to have threesomes wit you and your trick ….Let a nikka fight his own battle that he started ! Im the bad guy and I need stunts when Nikkas come at me 24/7.”
While the exiled Migos rapper is currently embroiled in a messy lawsuit with his label Quality Control, the union of Cardi B and Offset has actually never been stronger.
The couple took to Twitter earlier in August to manifest a dream home they both had their eye on, with Offset chiming in to promise his wife that it’ll happen.
“Took a picture in this house I want to buy,” Cardi wrote alongside the picture. “To remind myself to go harder, watch me get it.”
Offset replied: “Damn you really want this house, don’t worry we gone get it !!”
Neither Offset nor Saweetie has responded to Cardi’s Twitter troll.
