Travis Sinanan was reported chopped by 3 suspects at Melrose Place, Carapo last evening just after 10pm.
He succumbed to his injuries at the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex.
It is alleged the Sinanan was engaged in a domestic dispute with his neighbour, which led to the incident.
Two suspects are said to have been detained.
Police are investigating.
