Western Division police are urging persons to be extremely vigilant when out and about as car thefts are on the increase.
On Friday, a Petit Valley woman was robbed of her blue Hyundai Accent hatchback along Kilbracken Avenue.
While the vehicle was recovered and returned to the owner, police are reminding persons to be cautious.

Persons are also being asked to contact police if they have any information about car thefts or crime in general.
Meanwhile, across in the North-Eastern Division, a stolen Nissan Almera was recovered in Las Cuevas.
The car was reported stolen from near the Paramin RC School sometime between Thursday 24th and Friday 25th September 2020.
