As regional borders re-open, the latest being Guyana, Caribbean Airlines has reminded all travellers about the protocols that are in place to maintain a safe and enjoyable travel experience for all.
The airline said it has implemented the most stringent hygiene practices, adhering to all current international guidelines.
Specifically, aircraft are cleaned daily at all ports, in keeping with industry standards, with additional sanitization processes being used, as outlined by the regulatory authorities.
The 737 jet fleet is equipped with state-of-the-art high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters that capture 99.97 percent of particles and the disinfectants used to clean the aircraft are approved as effective against COVID-19.
Caribbean Airlines’ customers (including children) may be subject to temperature checks and depending on the destination country, a negative PCR test may be needed before being accepted to travel.

In keeping with the guidelines outlined by the Public Health Authorities, social distancing is in place and customers must wear face masks at check-in, at the gate, and onboard the aircraft.
