Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley has confirmed that the Cabinet has considered and approved the use of pepper spray.
According to the Dr. Rowley the use of pepper spray will be approved with a permit to be used in Trinidad and Tobago.
The Prime Minister made this announcement while responding to a question in Parliament.
He said the proposal is currently before a committee of Cabinet for finalization.
