Seven days after a burnt body was found in a car in St Joseph, police have discovered yet another body under similar circumstances.
This time, the burnt remains were found in a car in Caroni on Monday afternoon.
Just before 6pm, police said they were called to Trantrill Road, Caroni by passersby, who saw the remains in the car, which was also burnt.
Police were unable to ascertain the gender of the remains as the body was burnt beyond recognition.
Investigations are continuing.
