Dr. James Armstrong has been appointed to Chair the National Physical Planning Authority for Trinidad and Tobago.
The Authority aims to merge both the policies of Central Government and the regional / local area planning policies, providing an overarching framework for achieving sustainable growth and development across the country, into the future.
The NPPA will help set the context for more detailed planning proposals, policies and decision-making at all levels.
Eleven members of the Board of Directors received their Instruments of appointment from Minister of Planning and Development, Pennelope Beckles today.
