Blind Welfare Association welcomes new $100 polymer bill

Kenneth Suratt, Executive Officer of the Trinidad and Tobago Blind Welfare Association, says he is happy with Government’s decision to implement the new $100 polymer note.

Suratt  said the Executive worked with Central Bank in the past to implement a tactile feature on the $50 bill, and he is happy that the new bill will have features to accommodate the visually impaired.

During the interview with News Power Now, Surrat commented on other areas he believe Government should focus on to cater to the needs of differently-abled citizens.
