A man identified as Jerome Boodram, AKA ‘Black Bean’ was shot and killed in St Joseph this morning.
Around 1am, residents reportedly heard a series of loud explosions and upon checking some minutes later, they did not observe anything out of the ordinary.
However, it was at 7am today, when relatives of the 29-year-old man were on their way to visit him at his Guarata Hill home, that they found his body in front of an abandoned structure off the roadway.
He appeared to have been shot to the chest and head.
Investigations are continuing.
