Birdman sued for not paying $141k in unpaid rent

U.S rapper Birdman is being sued by his landlord over unpaid rent and now he wants him gone immediately.

According to Radar Online, Cycad Management filed a suit against Bryan Williams aka Birdman accusing the music mogul of breach of contract.

The suit states that Birdman agreed to rent the property on a month-to-month basis at the rate of $33k a month.

Cycad, the company that works with the owner of a Los Angeles mansion to manage the property, claims Birdman stopped paying his rent 5 months ago: “At present, Defendants are very delinquent — nearly 5 months delinquent in rent — and also owe Plaintiff other monies for cleaning services rendered at the Rental Property at Defendant’s request,” the suit reads.

The company demanded full payment but claims Birdman has blown off their letters. Cycad says that Birdman now owes them a total of $141k in unpaid rent through December 31, 2021. In addition to that, he also owes $6,624 for the unpaid cleaning bill. The total the company is seeking is $147,624, Radar Online reports.
