They defeated defending Champions, Guyana Amazon Warriors by 32 runs on Saturday.
Royals made 205 for 6 from 20 overs with opener Quinton De Kock leading the way with 115 runs.
Raymon Refier had 3 wickets for 34 runs from four overs.
In reply Warriors scored 173 for 5 in which Shai Hope top scored with 40 runs.
Royals, Warriors, Trinbago Knight Riders and St Lucia Kings all have six points.
Antigua and Barbuda Falcons have 4 points and St Kitts and Nevis Patriots 2.
