The Tunapuna/Piarco Regional Corporation has been covering the area to ensure that all is done to provide help to all that need it following inclement weather yesterday into today.
This is according Minister of Housing, Camille Robinson Regis, who said while there are reports that Arouca was hard hit by torrential rains and floods yesterday her constituency of Arouca/Maloney was not as impacted as other areas close by.
She told the Power Breakfast Show on Power 102 Digital this morning that the areas hardest hit were in Arouca North.
However, Minister Robinson Regis said they are working together to ensure that those who required help received it.
