An Aranguez teen lost his life yesterday after a large gate fell on him at his home.
The distraught father of the teen said that the tragedy occurred on the one day that he had taken off to be with his son.
Gardener Rishad Ali said that he had taken the day off from gardening to be with his son Jameel Ali to register for a cricket clinic in Felicity.
He said after doing that they spent some quality time together before returning to their home in Aranguez.
He explained it was then that tragedy struck.
The father explained that he was having great difficulty dealing with his son’s death.
He wondered if all his efforts were in vain.
