A 41-year-old man was shot dead in South Oropouche on Wednesday afternoon.
Adesh Ramrattan, of Lezama Trace, was seated in his car on Belle Vue Road around 3pm, when the occupants of another vehicle opened fire on him.
His wife drove the car to the nearby police station.
Ramrattan is the fourth person to be murdered this month in South Oropouche.
