Angostura to distribute free hand sanitizers to beachgoers

Angostura is doing its part to keep citizens COVID-19 safe over the Easter holiday weekend.

The company will be distributing hand sanitizers at no charge on the beaches of the North coast and in Tobago.

A media release from the company stated that the 50ml pocket sized hand sanitizer products were specially made as part of the company’s efforts to combat COVID-19 and promote the necessity of adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.

Angostura will distribute over 4,000 bottles of hand sanitizer across the country.

Angostura said it remains committed to supporting the national efforts to alleviate the impact of COVID-19 in Trinidad and Tobago, and this initiative is part of the company’s ongoing drive to utilize its resources for the benefit of citizens.

The company noted that it was pleased to provide these hand sanitizers free of charge at the nation’s beaches this weekend so that citizens can have an enjoyable, relaxing outing while staying safe, and emphasized that it is imperative that the public continues to be vigilant, observing all protocols and maintaining protective measures to guard against COVID-19.
