Ancel Roget tells Oropouche East MP “meet me outside”

President General of the Oil Field Workers Trade Union, Ancel Roget, sent ‘shade’ at the  Oropouche East MP, Dr. Roodal Moonilal saying to meet him outside and make his claims of corruption against the union.

Roget also said that he’s giving the Opposition Leader two days to make official the UNC’s position on the union’s bid to acquire the Pointe-a-Pierre refinery.

He issued this ultimatum at a news conference via the union’s Facebook page earlier today.

He used the event to respond to allegations made by Opposition Member of Parliament, Dr Roodal Moonilal, in the Budget Debate relating to the union’s interest in the refinery.

However, Mr Roget said there is need for the Opposition Leader to inform the country of her political party’s position on this matter.

Mr Roget then gave insight into the allegation of financial input of Sunstone Equity partnered with the union on this venture.

The OWTU leader then challenged MP Dr Roodal Moonilal to make the claims he stated in the House of the Representatives in the public and told him “to meet me outside”.
