An oil company cannot be run effectively by remote control

Minister of Finance Colm Imbert tweeted this yesterday:

“An increase or decrease in oil production by Heritage Petroleum of just 1,000 barrels a day will result in a gain or loss in net income to the country of $75 million per year. An oil company cannot be run effectively by remote control. The pontificators are oblivious to reality”.
