All NP service stations are to be sold – Finance Minister made the announcement this evening during the 2020/2021 Fiscal Budget presentation.
Minister Imbert said they will be offered for sale with present operators given first preference.
“The fuel market should now be liberalised by January 2021 and fixed retail margins for liquid petrol projects will be removed,” this according to Minister Imbert.
Wholesale margins will remain fixed.
Petroleum retailers will be allowed to fix their own margins.
