Minister of Agriculture, Land and Fisheries, Kazim Hosein along with a team from the Ministry met with representatives of the Cocoa Development Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (CDCTTL), including its Chairman Jacqueline Rawlins, on Monday to discuss the Company’s operations and to also ascertain a road map for its future.
This comes on the heels of the recent Joint Select Committee meeting at which Mrs Rawlins stated that the company is facing severe financial difficulties and as a result, may not be able to survive past this fiscal year.
