Adverse Weather Alert #1 – YELLOW LEVEL in effect

The Met Office today issued another adverse 1 weather yellow level alert – citizens can expect conditions to be partly cloudy/ cloudy and breezy conditions accompanied by periods of light or moderate showers.

There is a 70-80% (high) chance of heavy showers/thunderstorms in some areas.

Conditions expected to gradually become settled during the evening/ night despite lingering showers in a few areas. Gusty winds and street flooding can occur in the event of heavy showers or thunderstorms.

Mostly hazy and breezy conditions despite few brief isolated showers. Chance of a few heavy showers over parts of the Windward Islands.
