The People’s National Movement is promising to spend sixty million dollars in the revitalization of the Scarborough Waterfront once the PNM is returned to manage the affairs of the Tobago House of Assembly after the December 6th 2021, THA election.
The assurance comes from Political Leader of the Tobago PNM Council, Tracy Davidson-Celestine.
Mrs Davidson Celestine made the remark this week during a political meeting as she spoke to residents of the Bethel/ New Grange community at the Electoral District meeting at the Montgomery hard court.
Mrs Davidson Celestine gave a breakdown on the project which is scheduled to start in January 2022.
The project, which has been 3 years in the making, is being funded in partnership with the Inter-American Development Bank and the Government.
