6 arrested for breaching curfew in last 24 hours, while 61 ticketed for no face masks

Police have arrested 6 people in the last 24 hours for breaching curfew, while 18 were arrested for breaching public health regulations.

According to a TTPS release this morning, 61 people were also ticketed for not wearing their face masks.

The TTPS conducted 441 patrols on Wednesday and staged 101 road blocks.

285 officers have also now tested positive for COVID-19 and 1,071 are currently in quarantine.
