The Health Ministry has recorded 6 additional deaths and 234 new positive COVID-19 cases.
The deaths included 2 elderly males, 3 middle aged males and 1 middle aged female with comorbidities.
This has brought the total number of Covid related deaths to 1,639.
In it’s 4pm update on Saturday, the MOH also revealed that 23 people have been discharged from hospital and there have been 127 recovered community cases.
