As the TTPS continues to crackdown on person who may be in breach of the COVID-19 Health Regulations, 33 people were arrested at a bar in Aranguez on Friday night.
The detained were held at a bar along Aranjuez Main Road around 9.30 p.m. for breaching the Public Health Ordinance.
According to reports police officers received a tip that the persons were gathered inside of the premises.
A team of officers led by Snr Supt Maharaj, responded and went to the bar, where they found people gathered inside the premises, consuming alcohol.
