A 31-year-old woman is being treated for gunshot wounds following a shooting on Monday night in Enterprise.
The unidentified woman was shot in Dass Branch Trace in Enterprise, Chaguanas just after 7.15 p.m.
According to reports residents heard several loud explosions, and a masked man was see observed fleeing the scene on foot.
The 31-year-old woman was found bleeding from multiple gunshot wounds.
The injured woman was rushed for medical treatment at the Chaguanas Health Center.
She was treated and then transferred to the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex, where her condition is listed as critical.
