The Health Ministry has recorded 31 additional deaths and 458 new positive COVID-19 cases.
This has brought the total number of Covid related deaths to 2,914.
The dead included 10 elderly males, 11 elderly females, 5 middle aged males, 4 middle aged females and 1 young adult male.
Twenty one people out of that 31 figure had comorbidities.
According to the Ministry of Health update on Sunday, 62 people have been discharged while there have been 234 recovered new cases.
