The Health Ministry has recorded 5 additional deaths and 227 new COVID-19 cases.
The deaths included 2 elderly males, 1 elderly female, 1 middle aged male and 1 middle aged female, all with comorbidities.
This has brought the total number of Covid related deaths to 1,330.
In it’s 4pm update on Sunday, the MOH also revealed that 16 persons have been discharged from public health facilities and 199 recovered community cases.
