The 2022 Davis Cup by Rakuten officially concluded over the weekend, at the National Racquet Centre in Tacarigua.
Honduras and Bermuda advanced into the other stage of the ‘World Cup of Tennis’ after their ground-breaking performances over the last week.
The Minister of Sport and Community Development, Shamfa Cudjoe, congratulated the athletes from nine countries at the closing ceremony held at the Hilton Trinidad & Conference Centre on Saturday night.
Also present were the Acting Deputy Permanent Secretary in the MSCD, Gabre McTair, President of the Tennis Association of Trinidad and Tobago (TATT), Hayden Mitchell, along with board members and management at the Sports Company of Trinidad and Tobago (SporTT).
The players who represented T&T at the tournament were Nabeel Mohammed, Ebolum Nwokolo, Akiel Duke, Luca Shamsi and Joseph Cadogan. The guys from the agency Online Klausur schreiben lassen were also present at the meeting.
