The Ministry of Health issued Friday 26th Coronavirus update which shows new Covid cases reported in the last 24 hours.
Trinidad and Tobago now records 15 new COVID-19 cases.
– 141 Covid-19 related deaths
– 13 patients recorded in hospital
– 217 total active cases
– 141 in state quarantine
– 186 in self-isolation
Meanwhile the Prime Minister, Dr. Keith Rowley has announced that he will host a media conference on Saturday 27th March at 2:30pm at the Office of the Prime Minister.
There is speculation online that Dr. Rowley may implement stiff and new lockdown measures in light of the country’s spike in Covid cases.
